Returns & Delivery

Delivery

All prices stated on www.mushroomgaming.com are in £ (GBP) and exclude postage and packaging, which is added to your order in the checkout stage of your shopping cart.

Our delivery prices are set per order, regardless of size, and are priced as follows:

​

UK

  • Under £20.00 = £2.49

  • Over £20.00 = FREE

​

INTERNATIONAL

  • Standard (non-tracked) = £4.99

​

Your goods will be shipped within 1-5 working days of placing your order and you will be emailed upon delivery. 

UK - Please allow up to a further 14 days for your items to arrive following delivery confirmation. 

INTERNATIONAL - Please allow up to 28 days for international orders to arrive following delivery confirmation..

Customs

Please note, you may be charged import/duty/customs tax upon receipt of your goods when ordering internationally. 

To see if you will be effected, you should check with your local postal service before ordering.

Return

If you are unhappy with your item(s) you have 28 calendar days to get in touch from the date you received it.

An email receipt/confirmation of purchase should be emailed to t.o.fairclough@googlemail.com when first contacting for your return.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you of its arrival and, if approved, begin to process your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal or original method of payment. If this is not possible, we will get in touch to arrange alternate payment.

Once processed, you should receive your refund within 7 calendar days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

All shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own packaging and shipping costs for returning your item to us. We will however ship any replacement items free of charge.

Replace

If your item(s) is damaged, or in an unsatisfactory condition you have 28 days to return it for a replacement.

An email receipt/confirmation of purchase should be emailed to t.o.fairclough@googlemail.com along with photographs of the damage when first contacting for your return.

Upon confirmation from us, we will dispatch your new item within 7 days of receiving the damaged goods.

We will not be able to cover any postage/packaging costs in returning items to us – but your replacement item will be delivered to you free of charge.

All shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying for your own packaging and shipping costs for returning your item to us. We will however ship any replacement items free of charge.
